Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is usually 2–7 working days, depending on the product, supplier location and delivery service used.

Some large, heavy or specialist musical instruments may take longer to deliver.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Some products may qualify for free UK delivery.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the customer by email after dispatch.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

If an order has already been dispatched to an incorrect address, we may not be able to change the delivery address or recover the parcel.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may happen due to courier issues, supplier delays, public holidays, weather, address issues or other circumstances outside our control.
