Shipping Policy

Music Gears UK delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the following business day.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery across the UK takes 2–5 business days from dispatch. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Large or heavy items (e.g. drum kits, large amplifiers, keyboards) may require specialist courier handling and can take up to 7 business days.

Tracked Delivery

All orders are sent via tracked courier services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Music Gears UK cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot.
