Change of Mind Returns

For most online orders, customers have the right to cancel the order within 14 days after receiving the goods.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you should return the goods within 14 days.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging where possible.

To start a return, email support@musicgears.co.uk with your order number.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@musicgears.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, refund or other suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be returnable if they are:

  • Used or damaged by the customer
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Customised or special-order products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items where sealed packaging has been opened, such as some microphones, earphones or in-ear monitors
  • Software, downloads or license codes once opened, activated or delivered

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and checked, we will notify you about the refund decision.

Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method.

Payment providers and banks may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Original Delivery Charges

Original standard delivery charges may be refunded where required by law. Extra delivery upgrades may not be refundable.
